Peter's Approach

Peter strives to provide the most cost-effective legal services to address his client's legal problem, whether the problem is obtaining a permit or approval, purchasing or selling contaminated property or prosecuting a MTCA cost recovery claim. Peter initially talks to his client to understand his client's legal problem, and how his client's corporate culture affects the resolution of the problem. Then Peter will present a scope of services, budget and, if necessary, a recommendation for other professionals, such as environmental consultants, to team up to resolve the legal matter as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. Peter coordinates the team and timely communicates with his client throughout the legal representation to ensure that his client's goals are being met.

Peter has the experience and knowledge to resolve legal problems in an efficient manner. Peter develops a strategy to reach his client's goal in a timely manner as well. He collaborates, as appropriate, with environmental consultants and engineers.
